Busser
Under Supervision, performs a wide variety of restaurant duties such as bussing tables, check for general cleanliness of dining room and keep clean, sweep dining and entry areas, clean, sweep and mop bathrooms among other duties.
Food Runner
Helps server, runs food to table among other responsibilities.
Cashier
Responsible for cash handling, receiving payments from customers and giving correct change. Ensuring credit card tips are adjusted correctly, and before giving customer receipt. Responsible for cash in the drawer at all times. Answering the phone with the proper greeting and maintaining polite and courteous telephone etiquette. Taking complete, legible phone messages, using proper phone message pad, and distributing them. Taking to-go orders down on paper before entering them, getting proper information, name, and telephone number. Checking every to-go order for quality and accuracy before giving out.
No experience required. A positive attitude and a good work ethic are needed. Reliable transportation a must!
Cook
Responsible for preparing meals in a timely manner. Prepares food using proper portions and presentations. Stocking cooks line and coolers. Adhering to sanitation regulations and policies. Preparing catering orders.
A minimum of two years of experience in a high volume restaurant setting is required. A positive attitude and good work ethic is a must. Reliable transportation is required.

Dishwasher
Responsible for the cleanliness of all plates, pots, pans, silverware, containers, and cups/glasses. Maintain accurate levels of sanitizer and detergent every day. Stock clean dishes in areas that need them. Keep dish areas clean and mopped. Regular retrieval of bus tubs from wait line. Take out trash when needed.

Host and Hostess
Acknowledge all customers entering/exiting. Seating customers, some answering of telephones, and taking to go orders. Be polite and cordial to all customers. Keep the lobby clean and free of debris. Wipe menus. Clean high chairs, boosters, and windows. Check restrooms for cleanliness.
No experience necessary. Must possess a positive attitude and a good work ethic. Reliable transportation a must.
Kitchen Manager
Under general supervision, oversees and coordinates food preparation activities.
Prep Coordinator
Under general supervision, performs a wide variety of prep duties.
Server
Greet customers in a timely manner and with a smile. Serve food and drinks quickly and efficiently. Follow the company’s steps to successful serving. Suggestive sell. Participate in a team environment. Complete daily side work. Complete daily set-up duties.
